Boston never disappoints… even if the race is a little disappointing. 2:36:09 for Steph. A fight from early on, but never to the knock out.

Last workout done ahead of Boston Marathon. This cycle I’ve run 1200 miles, raced 2 10ks and 2 half marathons, leaned into the hard days and soaked up the easy ones. Highlights include staying healthy and signing with @tracksmith. The dream is the hustle!

Flew to SF to speak with @strava about redesigning existing spaces built around men to center women and it was wonderful. I LOVE having opportunities to talk about the applied themes of my book in a business setting. Hope to do more of this in 2024 as a speaker/coach/consultant.
