@TheRealKanani 1year~ joined the company as an intern. Started purely on my own but later joined @koodjohvi in Estonia which I am still finishing during free time.

@beansuu great post, how much time did you end up learning coding until you got the job?
And was it selfeducated or you visited courses?

I’ll be continuing my journey as a software developer, a passion I've been pursuing for the past year. Currently studying at @koodjohvi and hopefully you'll see me compete in a slightly different area of work soon. Stay tuned! ^_^

@VeteranEU There's many pros and cons. I think overall adding a new perspective to coaching would be a good thing, whatever it may be.
Right now most coaches are valued on 'opinions' from other people, unless they create content, stream etc..

@beansuu Then you're no longer preparing ERL players for the LEC, they wouldn't need to develop the communication abilities required to join an LEC team, so they'd get de-prioritised over even more imports as a result because they can no longer develop their big ace card over them.
English

@VeteranEU Quite possibly, hard to predict the consequences. I think a minor region like the ERL's would be a good testing ground for such an idea.

@VeteranEU It would definitely create a new dynamic in the ecosystem. Up for debates if it would be an upgrade or not. In my opinion yes.
English

@beansuu It would cause any player brought in for communication, in game structure, teamwork etc to be instantly fired.
I used to advocate for this but there are too many players who have developed + have their job because of such a skill that it'd be wrong to fuck the ecosystem that way
