Got lost on my cycle.
Ended up bottom of one of the worst climbs round here.
800ft climbing I did not expect.
Blood pressure fell through the floor.
Right cleat broke & cycled 10k back without it.
Cycling you’re a dick & I need to fall in love with you-so stop being a w***er.

Its not like me to be quiet, especially during an election campaign, but Dale and I have been processing some bad health news that he has received. We are in shock, scared, but hopeful. Thank you to the incredible teams at SEHSCT & wider HSC team who have been incredible.
