@boof_loop Honestly.. I use to be friends with Bear - I've known them for almost 5 years now and even I had an insane backlog of art, fursuit pieces, etc I've never received or got updates on. It got to the point that I just had to remove them and move on. Sorry this happened to you :(

ARTIST BEWARE. do not commission ABearFromSpace! my boyfriend has been waiting 3 YEARS for his badge and all he has ever gotten after constantly nagging him is a sketch. He paid over 400 bucks and is STILL waiting. If you notice, he never opens for commissions on social media because he knows he has a bad reputation. He will only open up in his private channels (that he doesn't allow comments on because he has so many negative reviews) and go to cons with a booth so that it's actually harder to look up his reviews so you can get suckered into paying for one of his overly expensive commissions and wait forever for any progress if any.

@Lark_Barks Yeah, two months was what I was expecting when commissioning but at this point, I would really only commission people that I know/and are friends with. Just so i never have to go through this experience again unfortunately

@boof_loop @anthrocon As a vendor, it genuinely breaks my heart to see someone like this CONTINIOUSLY get support from these cons while they actively scam clients, while also taking a table away from someone who would do the work and be happy doing it. I hope more can be done :/

@MackAttack158 @KeanuStinkbean Im so sorry, but i appreciate telling us about your experience with them. Your like the 6 th person to come forward about abearfromspace. So we are now over a grand in unfulfilled work to be sent to clients. Pretty sure stealing/scamming over $900 is a felony 😅

@boof_loop @KeanuStinkbean Been waiting on a commission from them for about 2 years now. Struggled for responses and I don’t even want the art anymore at this point. Asked for a refund but they only told me they could refund so much since money was tight.

@faithfulsakura I know right!!! This is an example they had at their booth, which is why I wanted to buy it because it was very nice looking, but mine isn’t the same quality shown in this picture. It’s also acrylic so it looks really nice.
