I once had a friend. We used to talk every day. Random calls, long chats, inside jokes...then life got busy. Or at least, that’s what we said. Messages became shorter. Replies slower. One day I checked our chat. No fight. No closure. Just a slow fade into nothing. And somehow… that felt heavier than an actual goodbye.
