I do believe @ABC should lose its broadcasting license for continuing to platform Jimmy Kimmel, and here's why. Kimmel for years has been putting out not just politically divisive but dangerous rhetoric that is now starting to get people killed. Deranged would-be assassins are writing manifestos that almost perfectly mirror Jimmy Kimmel's monologues. He has been warned over and over and he refuses to stop. ABC doesn't have a "right" to a broadcasting license any more than a nurse or teacher who loses their license for calling for violence online. Nobody is saying Jimmy Kimmel should be arrested. He's a dirtbag and a bad person, but he hasn't broken any laws. What we are saying is @ABC by continuing to platform this hateful person is not acting in the public interest, and therefore is disqualified from getting a broadcasting license which is a privilege not a right.

Folks I've been saying it for months. The closer we get to these midterms and the closer people come to grips the idea of actually putting these Democrats back in power, the more they'll have a come to Jesus moment and realize they just can't do it! It wasn't long ago Democrats were leading the generic ballot by 10 points and now in this poll it's tied! Because the generic ballot is a national poll of local races it always gives Democrats a 4-point built-in advantage due to states like California and New York that vote two to one Democrat.
