Recently, I had the pleasure of being a keynote speaker at a wellness conference in Lekki. I spoke on the subject how to be strategic with Rest as against seeing it as a reward. Many of us see rest as a reward but in actual fact, it isn't. To rest requires a deliberate decision and attempt. We live at a time where everyone has a side hustle which then means that you're constantly on your feet. We now hear of high blood pressure from young adults People slumping and die despite looking like all was well. These and many were the points I shared.
