I don’t have any data to support this claim but I would bet money KC’s receivers drop the most tough/contested catches in the league.
KC has never really invested in a strong handed, catch point receiver and it’s been to the detriment of the deep and intermediate passing game.

The Ferrari(Mahomes) just got totaled last season and needs to be completely reconstructed. So even in your own nonsensical hypothetical, you’re wrong. KC hasn’t done nearly enough the past 5 years, especially on the offensive side of the ball, to make sure the Ferrari can “run at an optimal level.”

@GandalfStaff Stupid take. If you have a Ferrari that runs at an optimal level, maintain it to keep it running at an optimal level. Dont consistently try to build it into a different machine. Using this method, the Ferrari will win a lot of races (in this case SB's) before it needs new tires
