The skill I urge everyone to strengthen is critical thinking. Whenever you don’t fully understand something: ask “why?” and “how?” and get those answers. Dig deep if need to. When you think critically, you might not follow the masses at all times. And when you do: you know why.

Question to my fellow mobile devs out there: What tool do you currently use to proxy network requests nowadays? Charles is ok. Old but works. Flipper works well and it's easy to setup but I don't think it has a Charles- like "Rewrite" feature to overwrite network responses.

Observation: staff-level software engineers who are good at getting complex projects done in larger orgs do a lot of the stuff TPMs would do. Many good ones observed or worked with from TPMs, technical PMs, EMs and often consult them to build these “non-sw engineering” skills.

@devagrawal09 I prefer to rebase before the PR is up and merge and push after. Force pushing after a PR is up makes it hard for reviewers to know the diff since their last review and often messes up comment anchors.
