@AlexMicheletti I feel like in college hockey, you can build a team of pretty gritty guys that wouldn’t normally attract top NIL dollar. Guys that have grinded a little, are older, and have a chip on their shoulder.

Greg “Boom” May has been named head women’s hockey coach. The University and May have agreed to a four-year term, pending the completion of a background check and Board of Regents approval. May has been the Associate Head Coach for the Minnesota women’s team since 2023. He also coached the men’s hockey team at Augsburg University for two seasons to a 41-15-2 record and two NCAA tournament berths from 2021-23 and was the director of operations for the Minnesota men’s team from 2019-21.
