@FirstBSA what happened to the 07:19 number 49 from Gerrish Ave westbound? Disappeared from app, not even an update to say cancelled. Is the next one going to turn up? So unreliable and getting home will undoubtedly be another joke.

@FirstBSA Can you explain why you are predominantly staffing your 48a route from town (3 in a row) while there has been an hours wait for a 49? No warning, just last minute cancellations which you claim are a last resort.... One you utilise on a daily basis. Ridiculous.

@FirstBSA there's a large need to rethink your reduction of the M3 bus service in the mornings as schools etc return, rammed after 3 stops, lots of people left on the kerbside unable to get to work&school on time. What's the plan?
