Don't be deceived by industry insiders.
The gas price increases are simply the summer jump piled on top of the March Iran jumps.
All of it is pure profiteering by the oil industry.
So don't buy gas, buy stocks. Q 2,3,4 will be A+!

Remember, paying $3.79 for gas all around KC instead of the $2.59 we paid in February is all about market profiteering.
It doesn't cost gas producers for the U.S. a single cent more now than then.
But OPEC & the markets have bid oil up because it MIGHT cost more somewhere else.

25% of very liberal people say political violence can “sometimes be justified.” Among very conservative people it’s just 3%. In other words, the far left is 8x more likely to support political violence as the far right. Stop pretending this is a “both sides” problem. It’s not.

Although we don’t yet have the details about the motives behind last night's shooting at the White House Correspondents Dinner, it’s incumbent upon all us to reject the idea that violence has any place in our democracy. It’s also a sobering reminder of the courage and sacrifice that U.S. Secret Service Agents show every day. I’m grateful to them – and thankful that the agent who was shot is going to be okay.
