Technical problem..Having trouble with creative pen...whichever button I choose I only get a black line..anyone else having this problem?

@SMART_Tech Our Board had 8 boards to give away to 4 pr. of teachers. Had to submit a proposal as to how we would use it and ours won! Yes!
