You're right, waiting 10 days to list an item really is a bummer... so we've applied zero-knowledge proofs to the problem! If you have the latest CSFloat app/extension, you can now list items as soon as they are tradable on your Steam account without sacrificing your privacy🪄

We're aware of issues affecting the ability to load your inventory on CSFloat. This is due to an upstream change on Steam that we're working on. We'll keep you updated as this progresses.

We've made updates to the offers UI so you can more easily filter and configure your settings!

@d__dboi You're on an end-of-life iOS version (iOS 15) that doesn't support some of the mechanics that the app uses. You can try to fully logout, then login again, but it's unlikely to help out. Within the next ~year, that iOS version will no longer be supported altogether.

You can now quickly edit the price and quantity of your buy orders by visiting your profile! While you're at it, perhaps try out our new vaporwave inspired "Neon" theme. 🌆🌴

It didn't register because you had no devices (extension or app) that pinged an update for that time period. If the counter party provided telemetry as well, then yes, the system would have used that. We can't trust the pings from your device either, to a degree, so there are trade-offs in relation to when the counter is allowed to start from.

I just reinstalled the app, but please tell me why it didn't register it for 10 days? The knife was accepted, don't you use a two way verification? Can't you verify if the buyer has the item now? And shouldnt the counter count how many days the buyer has the item and now when the extension/app picks it up? You can literally fetch the date and time when the trade was accepted.

@csfloatcom support being stupid again. Not even once have the support helped out in a single case. You send the offer through their app, the buyer accept the skin, you go on vacation while tablet stays at home, you come back to see you have 2 min before the knife balance gets refunded to the buyer, you rush out to reinstall your extension just so it accepts the stupid sale. Meanwhile the extension is installed since they released it. and now you have to wait 8 DAYS to get your balance. Fucking stupid ass system.

Totally fair, and this is a weird quirk with many of the Chromium-wrapped browsers like Opera GX and Brave. Generally, they should be hosting their own notification servers that you can use, but it's typical that they do not and leave a broken experience. Some browsers will let you use "Google Services" in their settings to enable this functionality. Other mainline browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari do not have this oversight. At the end of the day, we want to make sure that you're properly notified on channels for your sales. We can't easily determine whether you're on one of these borked platforms reliably without trying to register (with your consent) notifications.

@csfloatcom Using OpraGX which has been working fine for almost 2 years XD. Maybe a bug with an Opera update or something. Thanks for getting back to me tho!

Hey @csfloatcom I keep getting pushed for brower notification. Even thought they are on. Been getting this for days now. Tried turning them off and on again, signing in and out. nothing will make it go away.
