@Grammarsaurus1 After a month of catching up with friends and family and a lot of eating out and celebrating missed birthdays, events and generally not having seen people for 3 years....getting a routine of eating well,exercising and rest going again.

Exactly one year apart. Photo 1 was my 6th/7th PT session weighing around 20 stone 5 and photo 2 was after my session today weighing around 15 st 2. 💪🏻 #weightlosstransformation

@Grammarsaurus1 Adapted a little. But love it. I feel so good. Next year, aim is to run the whole of the half marathon. I ran the furtherest I had ever done this year. All about pushing myself and the huge amount of support I have.
