Being a CTO lead in this market is 1 big nightmare. I totally underestimated how hard it is to run a token in this market without supply control. I have done multiple CTO’s before, and nothing came even close to the suffering and sacrifices I had to make to keep Kilroy alive. I put around 20k in Kilroy, and atm I’m down almost 5 figs after almost 6 months grinding every day. This constant pressure is insanely stressful and really fucked up my sleep schedule and health. Really hasn’t been fun seeing months of progress getting wiped out in days. Getting farmed by your close friends really does a toll on your mental state too and makes you paranoid on who you can trust. However, I did learn a lot in these months. I learned a lot about the market, running a token, and most importantly I learned a lot about myself. I have a clear understanding of my flaws and shortcomings but also understand what my talents are. Finally I made lots of connections and made amazing friends who have grinded with me since day 1. I’m sure after Kilroy we still will be friends because of everything we went through. I often asked myself the question, “ Why am I continuing with Kilroy? Why am I still investing so much time and effort? Is it because I wanna protect my reputation? Is it because I feel responsible? Or is it because I truly think it can go to millions? Honestly, I’m not sure at this point what the main reason is why I keep going. I don't really think it's related to money anymore. I guess I just got emotionally attached to our community and really don’t want them to lose, hence why I can’t give up yet. The only way for me to win, is if my community wins. If my community loses I have failed as lead.
