People want to rewrite history but we know how much he means for the members and the team's work. He's their reliable hyung since trainee days. They all wanted to get close to him and he never got arrogant for it. They admire his work ethic, his sincerity, his passion in music, his incredible talent, his ability to pour 100% of himself into something he loves, just like he did for the team. They could count on him to do the hardest things and he took it upon himself to live up to their expectations. He never missed a day, never missed a single performance. They love being praised by him because they respect him and value his opinion. Jake once said "if Heeseungie Hyung said I did good, then I did good" and that's how much they look for his approval and validation in everything. He's there for them when they need inputs in their personal works. He directs and he gives them advice for their performances, he takes responsibility for them.
