@micheal_ws18 Honestly the “ahead of most people” part is what gets skipped over. None of this is complicated or expensive, it’s just unglamorous and slow. The gap between people who do this and people who don’t isn’t knowledge, it’s tolerance for boring consistency.

Remember, strength training 3 times a week, walking 30 minutes daily, eating real food, staying hydrated, and getting quality sleep can transform your mind and body putting you ahead of most people.

@PopBase Interesting that the UK keeps citing Australia’s ban as the model, but the enforcement question never gets answered: age verification means ID uploads, and that’s a privacy trade-off nobody’s voted on. Curious if anyone’s actually solved that part yet.

𝕏 is the global town square. A place where people from every country, culture, and background can exchange ideas, challenge opinions, share knowledge, and sometimes completely disagree. Messy? Absolutely. But that’s often what real conversation looks like. What’s the most valuable thing you’ve gained from being on 𝕏?

@stijnnoorman Lack of focus is what leads to scrolling for that length of time. You need to find things that actually move you forward.

1 hour of scrolling per day is 365 hours per year. So 3,650 hours per decade. That's 91 workweeks. Or almost 2 years of work. You don't lack time. You just need to stop scrolling.
