DCAing from exchanges doesn’t actually drain their supply because exchanges are connected to the rest of the market through arbitrage and market makers. If steady buy orders appear, traders simply source the token from cheaper venues (like DEXs or other exchanges), deposit it, and sell into that demand, while market makers continuously replenish the order book. As a result, your buying flow just pulls in new supply rather than exhausting what’s there, and because the demand is predictable, liquidity providers can even widen spreads or position ahead of it meaning you’re effectively buying from the global liquidity pool, not emptying the exchange. If you care about the sovereignty of SPX6900 you should use CEXs as little as possible and DCA on-chain. If you buy on CEX, withdraw ASAP.
