@DiscussingUltra I think the asymmetry is part of the appeal, it goes well with the diagonal fin across the chest. Hving only 1 gauntlet also frees Arc's right hand up to use the sword Its design reminds me of how medieval armour sometimes protected the non-sword arm more for balance

@deborgex I still do think that Saturn Armor could be more cooler if he had dual claws

Time to see those opinions. What are some of your favorite Ultraman forms/armors? Mine would be Z Delta Rise Claw and Blazar Firdran Armor due to how sleek they look.

@MATN555 @misswhynowhy I feel it was the result of limitations of the medium (the hair can't be too wild bc it will be made into a physical object), but yeah more could've been done to make it look like her. They could release the right design as an original character and nobody would bat an eye

@deborgex @misswhynowhy Which is where the problem is, its design intended for Girlpla modeler that is sadly turned the design iconic Go Nagai style into generic girlpla/gacha design

i'm not saying this in a "this is too sexualized" way because i am talking about freaking /cutie honey/ but like. why do they feel the need to put less and less fabric on her body

@MATN555 @misswhynowhy Ah no wonder, I was thinking it looked like every Frame Arms Girl boxart ever In that case I can excuse the right design even more. The purpose of both designs are different (the left one wasn't made with being turned into a model kit in mind), so I can't really compare both

@misswhynowhy Both are fine designs, but the right one looks more like a Frame Arms Girl than anyth else. I feel it'd look more like Cutie Honey just by flipping the magenta and black The skin showing is *not* the problem, bc that's up to personal taste

it’s weird when people demand a character face “consequences” for their actions in shows bc like. they’re not real. the purpose of making a character isn’t to treat them how you’d treat a real person, it’s to be tools for a narrative you want to tell
