Finally managed to finish the studio's website revamp.
Since we're fully focusing on product design,it made sense that the website reflected that.
Moved from single page to multiple pages.
Let's see how things move along.
The plan is to keep iterating.
But glad we were able to launch the first version of it 👇

@disarto_max X has been a rather disappointment for me...
Congrats man
English

A year ago, I started on X with no expectations.
Since then:
✅ I was able to quit my 9–5 (after just 4 months on X)
✅ Connected with some amazing people and worked on a bunch of cool projects
✅ Reached 15.9M impressions and 8K followers
✅ Significantly increased my income
✅ Created tons of designs following my own vision
✅ Reignited my passion for design
Best decision in my entire career.

one of the projects that i'm genuinely proud of.
since november 2025, we've designed over 250-300+ screens for savari. all with the help of shadcn.
but customising the design system to match the brand tone and vibe - and maintaining that across the web and APP was tough.
we wanted the web and app experience to feel smooth and seamless. so we had to make sure that the same "feeling" was experienced on the app as well.
after multiple back and forths and iterations with the pm & dev team, we were finally able to get that touch on the mobile app. so proud of it ngl.
the v2 of savari is already live, the app will be live soon and i can't wait to share more from the app design.
until then, check out a small snippet from the project.

Helped a startup raise $12M. through design.
Hey, i'm Udhaya. product designer for AI and B2B SaaS. spent years making complex software feel simple to use.
I used to be a film director. yes, really.
the love for craft and visual storytelling was always there.
Design just gave it a different stage.
I've spent years studying the complexity of B2B products. how they're built. how they break. how they could be better.
The detective in me was very happy honestly.
In the AI era, execution is getting cheaper by the day. design is what separates you from everyone else doing the exact same thing.
I marry business problems with tech capabilities. and turn that into design that actually works.
Sharing my work and how i think about it, right here. follow if that's your thing 🤍

@deeplakhani @alvishbaldha @mindcloudhq Accustomed to only press it after inputting so no issues imo
English

@alvishbaldha @mindcloudhq Looks good! send button is too prominent no instead of prompt input? just a thought
English

@tfalexandrino Yeah just interacted with the component in the link. You need to add one more variant which is also checked but not the filled one but stroke, that is triggered when you select some rows and after when global action is clicked, it changes to filled variant...
English

@devang2525 Might have missed a step, but it's meant to work with the logic of this one ;)
ui.shadcn.com/docs/component…
English

@tfalexandrino oh alright but then when you have to select all(after selecting one or 2), you've to do 2 clicks just like in the video.
What's the pattern here? would love to learn more
English

@devang2525 It was intentional, the header checkbox represents the table selection state, not just a “select all” action.
