@dopeitsval I know, it is tough. I’ve been doing bone broth in the morning before the gym. They consider that a “dirty fast” but I can’t lift heavy running on nothing.

People who intermittent fast 16:8, what time do you start and break your fast?

I keep my distance from people who don’t recognise a pattern within themselves, and how it negatively impacts their connections. it doesn’t matter if they say they are working on it, only their actions are evidence of true change to me. otherwise cycles just continue with them.

as long as i know my intentions are pure, i will never stress myself out about anything or anyone. I trust that i will always end up being where I’m meant to be & that it’s never my loss, respectfully.
