In the Israeli Knesset, MP Gilad Kariv -- a Rabbi and former IDF soldier -- condemns Israelis who have completely dehumanized 2.3 million Palestinians in the same ways our "worst enemies did" to us, in the process endorsing savagery, barbarism and utter disregard for human life.

I can finally share this with you now that it's public. Dr Hussam, director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, was being directly threatened by the Israeli occupation army during the past weeks for talking to the media and constantly sharing updates with us and with you. Despite all of that, he was insistent on keeping everyone on the 'outside' informed. According to the released medical staff in the Indonesian Hopsital, no one knows of his fate or that of the other medical staff who remained in Kamal Adwan Hospital. Yet, we are seeing reports from Al-Jazeera that some were burnt alive inside the hospital. Please keep talking about Dr. Hussam and the rest of the medical staff of Kamal Adwan Hospital. #northgaza #Kamal_Adwan_Hospital

📢 Proposed Bylaw to Ban On-Street Soup Runs – Our Concerns Tonight, as Muslim Sisters of Éire (MSOE) completed our weekly food distribution on O’Connell Street, we were informed of a proposed bylaw by Dublin City Council to ban on-street soup runs. Muslim Sisters of Éire is a registered charity and HSE-approved soup run that has been operating for over eight years. Each week, we provide meals, sleeping bags, and essential supplies to over 300 individuals – including rough sleepers, families in emergency accommodation, and vulnerable members of our community. This proposed bylaw, if passed, raises serious concerns for the hundreds of people across Dublin who rely on soup runs every night – not just ours. Many depend on these services during late hours when no other supports are open. Tonight, we were asked heartbreaking questions: "Where will we go when we need food at night?" "What will happen if we can’t get a sleeping bag or shelter?" These are not isolated cases – the demand we witness is growing. For many, the presence of soup runs provides not just food, but comfort and safety. We understand that long-term solutions are needed to address homelessness and food insecurity, but until those solutions exist, these services remain critical to the survival and wellbeing of so many. As this bylaw moves forward, we are deeply concerned about the devastating impact it could have on those who rely on us – and others – every night. Thank you for your continued support. If you would like to help, please visit msoe.ie to donate or learn more about our work. No one should go hungry. No one should feel abandoned.

@EmmaCDeSouza There’s a difference between being an Irish citizen and being ethnically Irish. I could hold a Spanish passport because I lived there for many years, I would still be ethically Irish.

"Having an Irish passport does not automatically make you Irish." You have to be a legal citizen to apply for any passport in any country. it's literally a legal document that confirms your nationality. Can't believe I am having to explain this very basic fact.

Why didn’t CNN travel to one of Israel’s many torture camps? They’re literally on camera r*ping prisoners but Western media have only just now rediscovered that torture is evil.

I am Jewish. I live in the UK If anyone denies the Holocaust, I regard them as unspeakably vile & evil, as do most people Those who now deny the GENOCIDE in Gaza, I equally regard as unspeakably vile & evil PARTICULARLY I condemn any UK politicians and UK media who are GENOCIDE-deniers

Amos Goldberg, Professor of Genocide Studies at The Hebrew University in Jerusalem "Yes, it is genocide. It's so difficult and painful to admit it, but we can no longer avoid this conclusion. Jewish history will henceforth be stained" Is there anyone more qualified and unbiased?

@LeeMordechai Some voices truly deserve our respect and recognition for standing up against the crimes committed in #Gaza. Just as history has honored those who fought for justice in the past, future generations will honor these voices for their courage in confronting the truth. Thank you 🙏🏽
