Inbox: The 5,000 strong faculty of Penn State, including faculty members across all departments, full-time and part-time, and at the main and satellite campuses, have unionized with SEIU Local 668. The union says its the largest public sector win in 50 years.

We talk environmental justice screening tools & ways to intentionally prioritize community voices & needs. Gov agencies are increasingly deploying EJSTs, but often with exclusively quantitative data and without affected communities themselves. That’s where we hope to intervene.

Jordan Acker is telling the media this morning at the convention his Slack messages are FAKE. I will be back in Detroit tomorrow and I will be meeting with the media with my computer to demonstrate that these are very, very real.
So, the Democrats are going to nominate Acker today for Regent and it will come out in the next couple of days that not only did he send these inappropriate messages but that he is lying to the media to their faces.

Jordan Acker used to post in the DSR Slack. He said some disgusting things about a Mallory McMorrow advisor. He inexplicably outed a female U of M student. I have EVERY receipt.
Acker had an attorney tell the Guardian today that he was never on Slack. Here is the article. And if Acker tries to deny this is him, I will sit down with any news agency that requests it and provide access to my devices and prove without a shadow of a doubt that these missives were written by the current U of M regent.
