Even if you want to take this verse literally to mean beating as a last resort, it still doesn’t come close to the cruel injustice of the biblical Jesus commanding non-virgin women to be stoned to death…so what’s your point?? Here’s a challenge for Christians: Criticise Islam with something not found in your own bible Difficulty level: Impossible 🙅🏽

😂Quote the rest of the verse : "...because Allah hath made the one of them to excel the other...as for those from whom ye fear rebellion, admonish them and banish them to beds apart, and SCOURGE them..." Muslims are quoting a part of Surah 4:34, a verse that literally permits wife beating, to pretend that the Quran honors women here.

I saw this video as soon as Rinu posted it and my initial reaction was to criticise these Nigerians who are selling their future for as little as 2,000 Naira. But I needed to quickly step out to buy fuel, and the first thing I noticed was how hot the sun is. It occurred to me that I have not had any reason to open my curtains or step outside since morning. Not having to hustle during the weekend after going to work the whole week is a privilege that many Nigerians do not have. In the 15 to 20 minutes that it took me to get fuel and return to my house, I saw no fewer than 5 women and children hawking different items like pepper, frozen fish, and cold drinks in the hot sun. While I complained about the sun, they had no alternative but to be in it if they must survive. It again occurred to me that I can afford to buy at least 10,000 Naira worth of fuel at a go while these hawkers struggle to make 1,000 Naira a day in profit, and if someone offered them 2,000 just to sing the praises of politicians, they would gladly do so. I got home and put my generator on, and as I sit now typing this tweet, it has again occurred to me that those hawkers that I saw definitely do not have generators at home, and will suffer from the same heat that I can afford to prevent. Although I knew that I was more privileged than some Nigerians, juxtaposing my lifestyle side by side with those of the hawkers made me realise how privileged I am. My point is that it is easy to judge these people from our privileged vantage points, but we must recognise that many Nigerians are victims of a system which is working efficiently to keep them poor and unproductive so that they can sell their future for as little as 2,000 Naira. Conclusively, we should be more favourable in our criticism of them.

I have nothing to prove to you regarding intellectualism. For me, it’s not a performance like it is for most of you. Imagine going back and forth with someone who believes in a sky daddy. Someone who’s drunk on western propaganda called White Jesus. And before start yapping about how your religion began in Africa, you should visit Ethiopia and see if the their brand of Christianity looks anything like yours. You believe in an imaginary deity, and that disqualifies you from any intellectual conversation. You should get a life, have some self respect, and stop worshipping those who enslaved your ancestors. For the issue at hand, I will leave this below. x.com/big_mck/status…

Biggest Mack, I would strongly recommend you don’t spread the stench of your faux intellectualism that only survives by desperately leeching to David Hundeyin’s hubris-inflated intellectual shadow towards me. Let me give you facts. Everyone had slaves. Africans enslaved and sold fellow Africans for over 1,300 years in the Trans-Saharan slave trade to Arabs, many of whom castrated them. Africans sold fellow Africans. Around 10 million Africans sold by Africans. There was also the Indian Ocean slave trade. Around 6 million East Africans were sold to Arabs by Africans. What about the Barbary slave trade? North Africans enslaved over a million Europeans. Did you know that Africans took over a million white people as slaves? Then the Arab slave trade. Between 10 to 18 million people were enslaved from East Africa, Central Africa, and even the Caucasus, many supplied through African networks. The Ottoman and Red Sea slave trades also moved millions, with about 3 million through the Red Sea routes alone. Across most of these systems, people were captured through war and sold. Africans were not just victims. They were also participants. Arguably, Africans have been the biggest commercial suppliers of slaves. However, most of these slaving trades were actual trades. Only the Barbary Island trade was the one in which White people did not sell themselves but were forcibly captured by Africans. So answer this. If slavery was a global system, why is the demand for reparations selectively directed at the West? Why are Africans who sold fellow Africans not being asked to pay reparations? Why are Arab states, arguably among the largest historical slave traders, not at the center of this conversation? Now to Christianity. We cannot demand reparations from the civilization that led the abolition of slavery. Before Christianity, slavery was universal. After it, abolition became a moral force. Britain abolished slavery in 1833 and paid about 20 million pounds, roughly 40 percent of its national budget at the time, to compensate slave owners. That’s around £15bn today. That debt was so massive it was only fully paid off in 2015. Britain also enforced abolition globally. About 2,000 naval personnel died policing the seas to stop slave trading, often against the resistance of local rulers. Here in Lagos, the British Royal Navy had to attack King Kosoko in 1851 to force an end to the slave trade. After he was removed, Akitoye took power and signed a treaty abolishing it. So what exactly is the problem with you pan Africanists and reparations? You want to pretend slavery is why Africa is not progressing because you need a permanent excuse to avoid responsibility. Africa’s problem is not some imaginary David Hundeyin CIA conspiracy that you latch on to with the erratic euphoria of a Pavlov Dog stricken with operant conditioning. Ghana is already being positioned as a pawn by actors hostile to the Western bloc. That is why you see strange alliances and sponsorships, including from the State of Palestine, a government known for paying stipends to families of suicide bombers. This constant fixation on the West for reparations is just another form of dependency dressed up as activism. Nothing that happened 400 years ago is stopping Africa from developing today. And finally, Biggest Mack, you cosplay intelligence. You perform depth. You pretend to be erudite. But you are shallow. Completely shallow. What you are doing is the same thing as the African who lacks identity and compensates with material signals like designer clothes. You do it with empty pan Africanism. No substance. Just noise, recycled outrage, and the temporary feeling of importance. It is hollow. Take that degradation somewhere else. Such corrosive mentality shouldn’t in an African society seeking advancement.
Biggest Mack@Big_Mck

I said it. African Christians, specifically Nigerian ones, are the only group in Africa against reparations for slavery. Left to them, discussions to recognize it as the “worst crime against humanity” would not have even seen the light of the day. For them, it’s best to ‘forget’ and pretend it never happened. Just like white Jesus taught them: “turn the other cheek” so the white man can take everything that belongs to you, while you stand there and watch. Blessed are the meek so they can inherit heaven, while the white man inherits your own place on earth. Very useless set of people. And there’s a reason they do this. It’s a preemptive strike, because they fear conversations about slavery will always get to that part where the role Christianity played is mentioned. They don’t ever want to hear that. They prefer to sacrifice everything they have to protect Oyibo man’s religion. Their entire life’s purpose is to worship Oyibo. Tufiakwa!

I find it fascinating that the speed of light is the universal constant, and somehow the Bible says that God’s first command was “Let there be light”. Like think about it, if you were Moses trying to invent a religion from your imagination, there was nothing intuitive about that as your starting point 5,000 years ago. Consider that people were thinking the sun revolves around the earth even as late as Middle Ages.

Iran is smarter than America. It managed to earn $14 billion in just two days. Before the war, Iran had 140 million barrels of oil loaded onto tankers in Asia. America prevented countries from buying that oil and imposed sanctions. After Iran closed the Strait of Hormuz and the oil prices skyrocketed, America was forced to lift the sanctions on Iranian oil exports. Iran was able to sell that oil today with ease, earning $14 billion in profits.

Iran may have the missiles, but Israel has been waiting for a moment like this. Since October 7, what we’ve seen isn’t just retaliation; it’s a calculated demonstration of military dominance to the entire Middle East. Gaza, Hamas, Lebanon, and various proxy groups have borne the immediate consequences, but the strategic signal has always been aimed at Iran. Iran’s persistence, some would call it defiance, has only accelerated this trajectory. For Israel, this is deeply personal. It goes beyond deterrence; it’s about rewriting the rules of engagement in the region. A message is being sent: no state or group should ever contemplate an October 7 scenario again, nor threaten the existence of its people. This is not just conflict; it’s a statement of doctrine.

After studying how @BwalaDaniel barely made it out alive from @mehdirhasan’s hands, I came to this conclusion: Tinubu did not appoint Bwala to actually defend his government. BAT so badly wanted to revenge the kind of insults Bwala hurled at him that he decided to heavily pay him to eat his vomit on both local and international platforms. Once President Tinubu didn’t fire him after that blunder in the UK, I knew his appointment was a revenge.

The recent news from Maiduguri, Borno State, is profoundly upsetting. I mourn those who lost their lives, sympathise with the injured and stand in solidarity with the people of Borno during this challenging time. I want to make it categorically clear that these acts of terror are the final desperate and frantic attempts by criminals and terrorist elements trying to instil and spread fear, as they are under constant pressure from our brave armed forces and security agencies operating in various theatres. We will continue to intensify our efforts against all criminal elements, wherever they may be. I must commend the courage and fighting spirit of our patriotic troops who successfully repelled the coordinated attacks by these terrorists on military positions in the state. The Monday attacks were desperate acts of the evil-minded terrorist groups. Our gallant military and civilian task forces will curtail and put them down. Just last weekend, during a security meeting with leaders of security and intelligence agencies, I approved additional equipment and operational support to enhance their capabilities. This effort is already in progress. Additionally, I have directed security chiefs to move to Maiduguri to take charge of the situation. I have also directed the emergency agencies to provide proper care for the injured. There is no place in Nigeria where terrorists will find safety. We will locate them, confront them, and completely defeat them. Nigeria will not succumb to fear. Bola Ahmed Tinubu, President & Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Federal Republic of Nigeria

PRESS STATEMENT In the last 24 hours, social media has exploded over my interview with Mehdi Hassan, albeit with varied opinions. Let me set the record straight. When I signed on to the privileged job granted to me by Mr. President, I was well aware of its implications. Selling ice cream, looking fine, and seeking the praises of men were never part of it. Some of the fiercest critics of my interview can not even stand local TV anchors. But the task of promoting and defending the President and his administration is what I do with ease and joy. I am prepared to appear before any interviewer, anywhere in the world, any day and at any time, to defend this government and its policies. I have never, and will never, subscribe to ducking or dodging interviews on matters that concern promoting and defending the administration I was appointed to serve. It is the least of what is required of me. Head to Head contacted me requesting an interview, stating that they wanted to challenge our government on security, the economy, and corruption. Nowhere in our almost six months of communication did they mention that they were going to challenge my past. If that had been their plan, ethically and professionally, they were supposed to inform me so I could prepare my response. But that’s okay, ethically, that is on them, not on me. I refused to swallow the pill of Mehdi’s “opposition research-style journalism,” and even today, if you carefully compare what he read as quotes from organisations and groups, you will see that many were inaccurate and some were outright fake news. But I will leave that for another day. As for what I said about President Tinubu in the past, I am glad those were things I said when I was in the opposition saddle with such zeal. It is all politics. Half of Donald Trump’s cabinet is made up of people who once spoke against him, and quite a number of people in our own cabinet also spoke against President Tinubu in the past. Those things do not bother him if you care to know. The majority of the naysayers are members of the opposition and their sympathisers. It does not bother me one bit. Their temporary excitement over the interview has not lasted and will not last, because it does not take away their obvious problem of lack of vision, mission in conducting and managing a political party; yet they seek to manage Nigeria. Clearly they have no path to victory and no alternative policies or program for the Nigerian people. And if they say they do, they can as well go to head to head and be interrogated on that; as the saying in Hausa goes “Ga fili Ga doki” I conclude by thanking the many Nigerians and non-Nigerians who sent in their commendations over my brave defence of our government in an interview where the anchor would hardly let you answer a question unless it suited his narrative. I still have admiration and respect for Mehdi Hassan as arguably the best debater on the planet. I look forward to part two of the Head to Head interview, and I am glad that by then questions about my past will no longer be news so that we can focus on our administration’s policies, programs and what we have achieved so far. Stay tuned. – D.H Bwala Special Adviser to President on Media and Policy Communication (State House) Saturday March 7, 2026

A junior said "Good morning" to me in the elevator. I checked my watch. It was 11:00 AM. I looked at him. "It's almost lunch," I said. "You're three hours late to the concept of morning." He tried to explain he'd been at his desk since 7. I interrupted and told him accuracy matters more than intent. I emailed his reviewer suggesting he take a CLE on time management. He apologized later. I didn't reply. I forwarded the apology to HR as proof of his inefficiency. Greetings are risky. He learned an important lesson. Never speak to a partner in the elevator. In 2015, my client found 6m in the peesonal account of her secretary. He arrested the lady, collected all the money, and sacked her. Mind you, the guy was handling a massive project at the time, yet he didn't know. That man was shocked at the amount he saw in his boys' account. And the man is a good man. My friend’s brother who is supposed to complete his apprenticeship (boy-boy) in Onitsha open drugs market in 2 yrs time was sent home by his boss “oga” after he saw large amount of money in his account . Their boss heard the story of how an apprentice k!lled his boss when he discovered the apprentice had 5million naira in his account . He decided to check his boy’s own and discovered my friend’s brother has 72million naira in his account The boy had served him for 4yrs with 2 yrs remaining before settlement and he’s wondering how he was able to have such amount of money. The boy said the money is from side hustles and runs he used to coordinate. He is furious and said people have been telling him how the boy used to shut down in night clubs and eateries but he never believed cos he was a good boy. News around town is that the boy bought iPhone 17 air and opened a salon for his girlfriend. His boss is so furious and said he won’t settle him, won’t involve police but he should leave his shop immediately and is also demanding the boy send back 20million and keep 52million for himself. Do this apprentice make this much from runs ? What do you think of the boss’s actions ?

Our father Abraham has absolutely nothing to do with Islam or it's Kaaba. This religion took the pagan practices of 6th-century pre-Islamic Arabia and froze them in time by sanctifying them as divine mandates. Islam appropriated Jewish history, prophets, and scripture, and falsely claimed to belong to the Abrahamic family.
