Rebuilt my input handling from the ground up recently. Seamless swapping between devices, more controllers supported, warnings about duplicate binds, etc. Lots of stuff I was putting off forever.

HOARDER The game is a mix of horror, cleaning simulator, and underwater exploration. You may ask how do these combine into one? Well, you'll need to wait for release to see. #indiedev #gamedev

@2HeadedHero I swapped over a while ago and it's actually been great. Color grading tools are way better, never crashes, and it renders faster.

@AaronVictoria10 Yeah it's a really strange collection of games. I can at least understand why life sim games get mixed up in there, but they'll pretty much slap "immersive sim" on anything.

@entropy_phi I remember a FIFA game appearing at the top of the Immersive Sim search.

Despite "Immersive Sim" being the third largest sub-genre in Next Fest, there are almost no imsims to be found. There are a lot of AI slop simulation games though.
