South Africa 🇿🇦 being the first and only African country to ever host the FIFA World Cup is enough to put a respect to the name forever.

Today, South Africa plays the Czech Republic. As a continent, we should be behind South Africa. This is the game they bounce back. Let's put politics, immigration debates, and social media stereotypes aside for 90 minutes. South Africa is not just a few viral videos. It's a nation of over 50 million people and, whether you like it or not, it is part of Africa. Nigeria has problems. Ghana has problems. South Africa has problems. Yet some people only seem interested in South Africa's flaws. Today, I'm backing Africa. 🇿🇦🌍

Tyla was asked why she wasn’t featured on Chris Brown’s new album, and she didn’t sugarcoat it. According to her, it came down to money. She said that when she wanted Chris Brown on her song “Spy,” he charged $300,000, which was paid in full. Later, when Chris invited her to feature on his album, her management reportedly requested $200,000 due to her increased profile as a two-time Grammy winner. Tyla said Chris laughed it off and decided not to move forward with the collaboration, so the feature never happened.

I remembered when Bola Ahmed Tinubu in his campaign talked about widening the Tax net, Obidients which included me at the time run around with it and jokingly mocked him by calling him a tax collector. On a closer observation over time I realised that given the conditions of the economy, it made no sense not to have an effective tax system. Governance needs money to run and in our case trillions of dollars has been sunk into subsidy on fuel and dollars. What Nigerians should appreciate this administration for especially on the tax law is that the government realised it needs money through tax but at the same time shouldn't place the burden on the people. The poor and the vulnerable wouldn't pay and payments only increases as income/profits increases. The elites who saw this as a direct attack on their wealth used gullible Nigerians to fight the tax law. This is one of the reasons I don't rate Obidients. They're not the smartest.
