@arc4084 @OctoMiku01 exhaling through the nose slightly did help relieve face pressure, but of course that means the vacuum isn't as strong around the head this one did elect to get a face relief which it doesn't look like yours has?

@OctoMiku01 ...so my opinion might change but I'll have to wait. It does come with earplugs and a thingy for the nose but tbh a latex hood will probably work just as well for keeping the ears intact :p

not sure if I should admit this or not but I did just try my vacbed solo for a little bit. let me preface this with the following: DON'T. I made sure not to seal the bed at all. My left arm was outside of it the whole time. I could release the air at a moment's notice.

@arc4084 honestly, this one had *very* similar feelings when it tried its own; weird feeling of confinement (not the fun kind) before the vacuum was turned on, and couldn't have its purrtner run the vacuum too long because of ear pressure definitely fun though :3

I thought I'd be a bit claustrophobic because just laying in it with the mattress inflated felt a little scary. But then that quickly went away. I could feel my ears starting to go at one point so earplugs or a hood or something is definitely a must for full send.

@MoodEBlueSergal I've read that it's important to wash the surfaces to be glued thoroughly with soap and water, then apply heptane solvent before the rubber cement. The bond does take a few days to get to full strength as well.

Now that the seam that was supposed to have glue on it doesn't, that area is now likely impossible to get dull again, due to latex absorbing stuff like latex shiner and silicone lube. It's also very easy to peel the latex apart after gluing too. Perhaps I can try some new glue?
