A real hero from Kargil war. Seeing this video after a long long time and it still feels like his face is so familiar. Don't know what stuff folks like him are made of. Hope we are worthy of his sacrifice.

Still remember watching this interview in mesmerised silence. Capt. #VikramBatra, Param Vir Chakra. Right before the recapture of Pt.4875 on this day 21 years ago. India would change forever. He was only 24. 🇮🇳🔥

@fooobar Probably 'lines of code' is worse. More code = more liability in production.

"Lines of code" is no better than "the number of hours one works" as a metric (as opposed to productivity)!

One of the best weekly mileage in years - over 140 km of brisk walk and jogging. Loving it!

@fooobar We all have been there :) I have been following your work and have lot of respect for you and especially your energy in building AI ecosystem in India. Won’t lie though, this post as well as well the one where you rolled the recruitment form asking CGPA touched the nerve a bit.

It was a general rant, folks, based on a few recent experiences. Of all my shit-posting, this blew up 🙏

@fooobar What’s with Indians generalising “Indians”? Come on we are better than that

While most of the "builders" are busy vibe-coding and "clawing", never been a better time to have relook at the foundations of AI that led to the magic we all see today - but that came with its own mess (super inefficient, brittle behaviour, and so on.) Back to the basics!

That's why foundational knowledge is so important - even to know what are the limits - while agents may help you find the path in the vicinity of the limit, it may not be the best way to discover the limit (at least you will never be too sure).

Reliance Industries Limited@RIL_Updates

RIL Media Statement At a time when global energy markets are experiencing volatility, ensuring uninterrupted access to essential fuels for Indian households remains a national priority. Reliance Industries is taking proactive steps and in line with the Government guidelines, to maximize LPG production from our refining and petrochemicals complexes at Jamnagar — the world’s largest integrated refining hub. Our teams are working around the clock to optimize refinery operations and enhance LPG output so that supplies to the domestic market remain stable and reliable. At the same time, natural gas produced from the KG‑D6 Basin will be diverted to support supply to priority sectors, in line with national energy priorities and Government guidelines. For Reliance, India’s energy security and the well-being of millions of Indian families always come first. We will continue to work closely with the Government of India and remain fully compliant with all national guidelines and allocation priorities, ensuring that energy supplies reach the sectors and communities that need them the most. As always, Reliance will stand firmly with the nation in its time of need. In times of global uncertainty, we remain committed to doing everything possible to support India’s energy security and ensure reliable access to essential fuels for the country. ril.com

#AllEngland2026 Chin up, Lakshya Sen. ❤️ What a week, with some HUGE wins. And great performance in the final too, despite not being at a 100% evidently. That second game was a treat to watch.

So after 2 days of mindless outrage, real story emerges 1. India gave refuge to all Iranian ships that had asked for it 2. One Iranian ship had been invited by Sri Lanka after the exercise in India was over 3. That is why the Iranian ship was going to SL. 4. As hostilities with US broke out, Sri Lanka became nervous about letting the Iranian ship in 5. So the Iranian vessel remained in open waters near Sri Lanka, waiting for permission. 6. During this time, the ship was sunk by a US torpedo. That's all ... the whole thing had nothing at all to do with India. But on social media, the urge to hate, curse and blame India for any random event anywhere is so intense that entire ecosystem went mad about this. Pathetic.
