refused to give me accommodations (like the elevator, which another student was allowed to use) because i was “faking” and then called dcf on my mom because i missed too many days even though we were in contact with the school and they had access to all my medical files/doctors

i couldn’t even finish school in person mind you i had to do homebound learning with a tutor because i genuinely couldn’t be in the building for more than three hours ❤️ and i had to transfer schools to even get that accommodation because my first high school

my lawyer is appealing it cause she thinks it’s absolutely stupid the reason they denied it was because i was “found capable of light work” and because i had “improvements to my POTS and migraines” which is absolutely not true cause i can’t even take a shower w/o a chair
