@iam_preethi Stress hormones and nutritional deficiencies seem to be the most common cause of poor egg quality.

A 34 year old woman is ovulating a 34 year old egg. That egg has been sitting in her ovaries since before she was born. She started with 6 to 7 million of them. By birth, she had 1 to 2 million. By puberty, 300,000. Most women hear this and think their eggs are just deteriorating year after year. They are not. When the eggs are dormant, they have low metabolic activity. That is what keeps them viable for decades. The real test comes in the final 3 months before ovulation, when the egg wakes up, metabolic activity spikes, and it either has what it needs or it does not. This is the part nobody talks about. You cannot undo 34 years of aging. But you can change the environment your egg matures before it is ovulated. How you are eating, sleeping, and living in these few months before conception directly affects the egg you ovulate. Most women are told there is nothing they can do about egg quality. That is not true. This is what we work on at Ferta.

@Gabbrielxzn It's probably a bit too black and white in my experience. My father married a manipulative, egocentric, very mean woman who let him drink and act aggressively. She was especially nasty to me and my brother. We weren't even allowed to criticize her politely.

@NetfrogX2 @Kadotttt I came here so long ago that I have learned to like the earth, the elements and the elementals very much. It is the people who are difficult. What have you learned about the change? I have heard that almost all people are going to ascend, but I don't think I see much of it yet.

@fylgiapi @Kadotttt Most of us souls are feeling very exhausted from the varying frequencies bombarding our bodies. This world will disappear, it won't be anything like you see now. I'm pretty sure you'll want to come back, it's going to be wonderful. No other realm is like this one has been!

@Elaa_ampe5 The patterns are so intertwined with the personality that it takes years of healing to break these patterns. These patterns was the best available way for the person to survive. I suggest that you choose a partner who does not have patterns that you cannot reconcile with instead.

@fylgiapi @Kadotttt Usually that would be true, but not in this realm. Most of us have been here a very long time and forced to incarnate over and over again with a memory wipe after each life. This went on until late 2019, no one is forced to return now unless they desire to or have unfinished work.

One day you'll meet a guy who tells you how his ex cheated on him, how she broke his heart, how he can't trust anyone anymore. He'll sound wounded, soft, and sincere, and you'll feel sorry for him. You'll want to prove that you're different, that not all women leave or lie. But My advice is? Run. It's a trap. Because most of the time he's not healed he's just carrying unprocessed pain, anger, and trust issues. And instead of fixing them, he'll slowly make you pay for what another woman did to him.

@Lunassnacks @sunnkssdseraph My mother's husband's ex-wife chased him with a knife because he wanted to leave her. Of course he talked about her in a state of emotional turmoil after that. He doesn't do that anymore, which means he's healed. It took me at least a year to heal from all the shit my ex did

@Lovandfear I've thought about this for a long time. I need someone with great depth but also steady. Maybe a Taurus with a Cancer moon. The person I'm going to share my life with must be able to accompany me to the shadow realm beyond the veil but also be a safe and steady human.

When I was younger, I thought I needed a partner as deep as me... oceanic... endless. Now I know my spirit thrives w/someone who can hold my waters, NOT mirror them. My depth doesn't need a twin tide; it needs a steady shore.

“I still don’t understand the difference between suckers and branches… yet when I remove them, I harvest fewer tomatoes.” This is a very honest concern, and many experienced growers feel the same. Let’s make it simple and clear. In Tomato, what we call a sucker is simply a young shoot that grows in the “V” space between the main stem and a leaf. At that early stage, it looks different, so we give it a name. But with time, that same sucker grows, strengthens, and becomes just like any other branch. That is why it becomes confusing. Because in reality, a sucker is not something different. It is a branch that has just started. So instead of trying to separate them by appearance, focus on where they grow from. Every leaf comes out from the main stem, and right in that angle, a new shoot can appear. That shoot is what we call a sucker. Now here is the part your experience already proved. Those suckers you removed could have produced flowers and fruits. Some take longer to bloom, but they still contribute to yield. So when you removed them, you reduced the number of fruiting points on the plant, and naturally, your harvest decreased. You were not wrong. You were simply following incomplete advice. The truth is, tomato pruning is not about removing all suckers. It is about managing them. If you remove too many, the plant produces fewer fruits. If you keep all of them, the plant becomes overcrowded, fruits become smaller, and diseases increase. The best approach is balance. Remove the suckers close to the ground to improve airflow and reduce disease risk. Then keep a few strong ones higher up so they can grow into productive branches. This way, you maintain both plant health and yield. In the end, a sucker is not a mistake by the plant. It is a potential you can choose to manage. If you remove it, you limit production. If you keep too many, you reduce efficiency. Good farming is not about following rules blindly. It is about understanding the plant and making the right decision for your goal.

How to Grow Tomatoes the Right Way 🍅 These four mistakes are the reason most tomato plants underperform every summer. Here is exactly what to fix. ✗ Planting too shallow — Tomatoes should be buried deep, with soil covering the stem up to the first set of leaves. Every buried node grows into roots, making the plant dramatically stronger. ✗ Watering from above — Overhead watering wets the leaves, which causes fungal disease. Always water at soil level, directly at the base of the plant. ✗ Ignoring suckers — Suckers are the small shoots that grow in the joint between the stem and branches. Left on, they divert energy away from fruit production. Pinch them off weekly. ✗ Skipping mulch — A 2–3 inch layer of mulch around the base retains moisture, prevents soil-splash disease, and keeps roots cool during hot summer days. Fix these four things this season and the difference in your harvest will be significant. 🌿
