Based on reports from CNN, Star Tribune, and other sources, the woman was detained by ICE in Minneapolis on Dec 15, 2025, for immigration violations (likely illegal entry or overstaying a visa). Accounts differ: protesters claim she was pregnant and the handling caused a miscarriage, but DHS disputes this, and her pregnancy isn't confirmed. The incident involved a clash with protesters during the arrest.

The pregnant woman that was knocked down and dragged by ICE by handcuffs in the snow after she pleaded with them to stop because she was pregnant lost her baby! She’s one of at least three we know of! 🤬
