Give me your worst performing product and 30 days. I'll triple its conversion rate with one Google Doc and <$10K. Week 1: Message Testing 3 value props (using fidget spinners as example): • Reduce anxiety • Increase focus • Stress release Same product photo. White background. Bold text on white bar. One image. Three versions. Only the text changes. Week 2: Visual Testing Winner from Week 1, now test: → Hands/Face (male vs female) → Age (young vs old) → Setting (office vs home) → Style (lifestyle vs product) Week 3: Audience Testing Take your winning creative combo. Test across: • Broad targeting Week 4: Landing Page Testing Same winning message. Different stories: → Problem-focused → Solution-focused → Benefit-focused → Social proof-focused By Day 30, you know: ✓ What to say ✓ Who to say it to ✓ How to show it ✓ Where to send them We still do this today. Difference is maybe the spend levels, the amount of assets created, the amount of pages made or the style of assets (image vs video) - this can be product launch or new sku expansion. It works

It’s consumer winter. Sales are actually good. The businesses are solid. They survived all this. But Covid pullback and investor pivots have caused a lack of new brands. Why launch a new widget when you can be an ai billionaire in 6 weeks? My advice? - keep building - stack cash - get rich in 4 years Amazon, Apple, Microsoft all fell 80%+ in the tech winter Bitcoin fell 85% in the crypto winter Same assets, same business. The ai greed index is high. The consumer fear index is high. Now is when you build generational brands and wealth. Launch new shit.
