@Silver_Buck @GroverNorquist It's the opposite. Cabral & Steingress study the immigration-housing relationship. Higher-educated immigrants push up rent/housing costs more than less-educated ones. If you make more money, more disposable income, higher demand for housing, higher rent/housing inflation.
