So listen, students. If you want to get your first job early, remember one thing. The IT industry is very competitive, and almost every field is competitive today. Many people think they can just upload a general resume on job platforms like Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn. But that alone will not get you a job. The right way is to first read the job description carefully. Then create a resume specifically for that job. Add the right keywords from the job description. Many companies use ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to scan resumes. If your resume passes the ATS scan, HR will review it. If it does not pass, HR may never even see your resume. So, the first step is to create an ATS-friendly resume that matches the job description. After applying, keep preparing for interviews at the same time. Do not quit the process. Many people stop applying after some time, and that is one of the main reasons they do not get a job. Keep applying consistently and keep improving your skills. Stay patient, stay focused, and your opportunity will come. To all my students, all the best from me.
