@Shootparnc @Delta They certainly, likely take better care of customers with higher status. If you are flying delta more frequently. But that isn’t an excuse to have bad customer service for other customers as well. Our uber ride home cost nearly as much as my wife and my ticket combined

@johnyt9 @Delta Well my point is, it is so exaggerated on social media, and think most are made up (Not yours). I have had issues, obviously flying as much as I do, but it has always been resolved through customer service, email, or gate agents. Guess I’m just lucky. Delta is best in US.

Our flight was diverted to LA within an hour of landing in San Diego. The flight crew told us that @Delta would reimburse ride share from LA to SD. Today they denied our claim for that reimbursement. Terrible way to treat customers particularly my wife who is 8-months pregnant

@_RenegadeTrades @Delta That part actually isn’t that uncommon. It is expensive - the tricky part is because there was an entire flight of people trying to do the same thing at the same time the cost doubled thanks to dynamic pricing - but whatever okay @Delta said they’d cover it …

@Shootparnc @Delta Yeah - no kidding - use the app or website. Obviously that has been done. You see these posts non stop because their customer service is that bad. You have to hit them from every angle. If these posts bother you so much ignore them - that isn’t hard to do Chad…

@cosmosguys @Delta Our Dr cleared us. Airlines allow for travel up to 36 weeks. But this is a great reason why you shouldn’t because airlines like @Delta increasingly do not care about their customers. For F sake they dropped us off in a different city and said get yourself home

@KevinCarraher17 @notUSN_Capt @Delta It was not due to fog. It was because delta delayed the flight while they tried to find an alternative route out of NYC. They took too long finding that route and take off happened late enough when combined with flight time we missed the landing curfew in SD

@BruceLeroy123 @Delta Unfortunately this did not happen. We were told by flight attendants and delta crew on the ground at LAX just to book through our own account and then submit for reimbursement through their website - claim was immediately denied

@johnyt9 @Delta I had a missed connecting flight due to Delta having a severely delayed initial flight, they put me in a hotel and provided an Uber at no charge. They should have texted you a link to use to summon an Uber without even using your own Uber account.

🚨 A GUY JUST BOOKED A $40 AIRBNB IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DESERT - AND WHAT HE FOUND LOOKS ILLEGAL, MAGICAL, AND HAUNTED AT THE SAME TIME A traveler booked a $40 Airbnb in Wadi Rum, Jordan… and ended up in one of the strangest “rooms” anyone has ever posted online. He follows a narrow path through the sand, steps into a carved-out rock alcove, and finds: • A single bed shoved inside the stone • No staff • No neighbors • No walls • No power • No water • No bathroom • No internet • No signal • No one within miles Just a wide-open rock alcove with a mattress in it. And complete isolation. It doesn’t look like a rental - it looks like an abandoned excavation site someone listed on Airbnb.
