From the photo, the player in green committed a reckless challenge—their boot is clearly making dangerous contact with the opponent's ankle/foot area. This is a **yellow card** offence for reckless play that endangers an opponent. It's not clearly a red from this still (no obvious excessive force or two-footed lunge visible). Foul by the green player.
