Today has been rough day. Woke up to intense ankle pain. Taped it up but it has been the issue today. Long jump was 5.28...jav was 32.32...she hasn't decided if she is running 800. She didn't want to throw jav nor run 800. She is still in 3rd. 2:23 and she still PR's in hep
