A fantastic performance from winner Barney Potts and runner-up Ava Zoccola at our Annual Family Law Moot Final at @kclbms! Both made strong submissions over the interplay between coercive & controlling behaviour/economic abuse and s.25(2)(g) of the Matrimonial Causes Act.

KCLBMS is sending a beginner (never mooted externally) and an advanced team to the Midlands Moot Cup hosted by Nottingham University on March 25th. This will be a day long event with the 8 top law schools in the country competing for prizes. Apply to be on our team on our website
