@kittoched The Scottish parliament only exists as a devolution of the English parliament which only exists as a devolution of the Monarchy. Parliament is sovereign the people aren’t, how can the people be sovereign do you think Scotland is a direct democracy?

It’s a tradition, in Scotland, from 1320 that the people of Scotland are sovereign, not the monarch.
