when the bpd is hitting harder than all the generational traumas all at once…

i hate that it’s literally so hard to actually feel loved when you have bpd. i feel so unworthy of being loved that i end up doubting everything and it makes me want to drop everyone but then i get scared of being alone and end up suffering in silence.

if you leave me then it’s your loss, i have bpd and you’ll never find someone more obsessed w you than i was ☺️
