On this first day of November, I want to thank everyone who made our 12th Annual Conflict Resolution Month @SamHoustonState a memorable and impactful experience. Such an extraordinary array of talent, expertise, and service was showcased during October, leading to growth and learning. Thanks to our remarkable speakers--Dr. Célestin Musekura, Randall Kiser, @leejayb, Hannah Long, and Judge Echo Hutson--for your insights and inspiration. Your contributions received overwhelmingly positive feedback from our attendees. We appreciate @MontgomeryCoDRC for its generous collaboration as our CLE sponsor. And to the devoted staff in our humble office of @SHSUSLMS, my appreciation for all of the behind-the-scenes work that was necessary to make Conflict Resolution Month special. Thanks to @TXAssocMediator and @ACRHoustonChapt for spreading the word about our events. Thank you to my outstanding leaders, Dr. Chelsea K. Smith and Dr. Dannie Moore for your unwavering support and trust in our vision. And finally, thanks to all of our incredible attendees, both in-person and online, who shared your most precious asset--time--with us, crafting CRM into an engaging and enriching experience for all of us. We're honored to have connected with all 416 of you over the month! As we reflect, we're inspired to continue to do the necessary work of collaboration, peacemaking, and reconciliation so that our parts of the world can be slightly better for those around us. Thank you all, again, for making Conflict Resolution Month 2024 an unforgettable success. We'll see you in 2025!
