@Theholisticpsyc It’s also very hard for us to see our own patterns. This is why we need the other. People are mirrors, so any time we find ourselves pointing fingers at others, it’s a sign we need to pause and take a honest reflection of ourselves.

No one talks about the sadness that can sometimes accompany happiness & excitement. Beginning a new chapter takes closing of another. I hope you know that you can truly hold space for both, happiness & sadness— and that there is nothing wrong about feeling both.

Zionist and Jewish people are not the same, just like Hamas and Palestinian people aren’t the same. What’s happening to Palestines right now is beyond disgusting! 🇵🇸

We may be witnessing the total obliteration of Gaza. Political leaders refusing to speak out should feel eternal shame over the horror they are allowing to unfold. Those of us who believe in peace cannot stay silent. We must say to the Palestinian people: you are not alone.

1. There are extremists on both sides, Arabs are an easy target to label as “terrorists” because that’s been the agenda and propaganda for a long time. 2. Even for people who are not extremists there comes a breaking point where their psyche cannot take the suffering, they end up joining the extremists to feel some sense of power and dignity. 3. Children and civilians have been murdered on both sides ~ we need to stop pretending and look at the stats. I also have just watched videos of people in Israel shouting “Arabs must die” “kill all arabs.” Let’s not turn a blind eye to one side here.

@lifewithmaree @geertwilderspvv "Pushed them to this point" of murdering civilians and children? That's not a thing. Also, this wasn't Palestinians pushed to the brink. Hamas is a terrorist organization hellbend on destroying Israel. They don't represent Palestinians.
