Du hast deine #Bitcoin-Holdings in eine UG oder GmbH gepackt. Klingt clever, ist aber ein Reißverschluss. §6 AStG löst beim Wegzug eine fiktive Veräußerung aus. Heißt im Klartext: Das Finanzamt tut so, als hättest du am Tag des Wegzugs alles verkauft. Und besteuert den Gewinn. Auch wenn du keinen Euro bewegt hast. Bei wesentlichen Beteiligungen ab 1 Prozent. Bei Krypto in eigener Gesellschaft fast immer. ⚠️ Stelle drei: CRS und DAC8. Das ist die stille Bombe. Ab 2026 melden alle Banken in der EU automatisch deine Konten an dein neues Wohnsitz-Land. Ab 2027 alle Krypto-Exchanges. Du kannst keine $BTC-Position mehr vor irgendeinem Finanzamt verstecken. Die Daten fließen ohne Antrag, ohne Verdacht. Wer denkt, ein Auslandskonto in Dubai macht ihn unsichtbar, hat die letzten fünf Jahre nicht hingeschaut. ⚠️ Stelle vier: Der Schein-Wegzug. Du meldest dich ab, behältst aber die Wohnung in München leer und die Kinder im deutschen Internat. §2 AStG schlägt zu. Erweiterte beschränkte Steuerpflicht. Bis zu zehn Jahre nach deinem Wegzug greift Deutschland weiter auf deutsche Einkünfte zu. Bei manchen Konstellationen sogar auf das Welteinkommen. Wer beim Einwohnermeldeamt abmeldet und denkt, das war's, startet gerade eine zehnjährige Beobachtung. ⚠️ Stelle fünf: Das falsche Zielland. Dubai ist der Hype, hat aber kein vollständiges DBA mit Deutschland. Portugal hat die NHR-Goldphase beerdigt und verlangt im Modelo 3 Land, Datum, Euro-Betrag und Gegenpartei. Türkei ist Lira-Risiko. Thailand zieht ab 2024 foreign income zur Steuer heran. Die Schweiz funktioniert für viele, kostet aber eine Pauschalbesteuerung, die für Kleinanleger nicht trägt. Wer das Zielland nach Instagram-Bildern wählt statt nach DBA und Sozialversicherung, baut sich den Bumerang selbst. CT verkauft die Heldenreise. Raus aus Deutschland, rein ins Paradies.
