Malcolm plot was a little odd but I guess it worked. Francis plot line was perfect. Reese… I don’t know. Dewey’s was super lazy. A little Hal heavy. The side characters stories I’m not upset by I think they’re quirky and work. Idk 3/5

Thoughts on Malcolm reboot. background: I watched the show when it aired then revisited it, not an 18 yr old on tik tok saying shit like Reese is bi which I kind of think this was made for. Addition of Kelly was dumb nobody cares. OGs acting chops were good enough carry alone.

@AlexBBSurvivor I think bringing Jonathan back was a good decision because of all of the entertainment he brings in challenges pre merge. Having him on your tribe almost guarantees a win. However, after merge he kind of gets in the way. Especially this season where we have master strategists

Why is Jonathan never an option? I know we didn’t see everything but I feel like Jonathan is a clear cut option over Dee for Cirie, Rizo, Emily, Tiffany, Dee, Christian, Devens, and Ozzy, and even Aubry which is a majority. #Survivor50

They really wrote this family out perfectly. Malcolm got Lois’s need to be right. Francis got Lois’s stubbornness need for justice and Hal’s hopeless romantic. Reese got Lois’s evil streak and Hal’s cluelessness. Malcolm and Dewey got Lois’s intelligence. Dewey got Hal’s charm.
