Wolfies we need to have a talk!
I understand it seems scary when you see people slow down. I understand itโs scary when we arenโt in top news. It gives me anxiety too.
But at the end of the day we are just people - people who have been at this for seven days and counting. Day in and day out.
We canโt expect for it to keep going up. We canโt even expect it to stay in a straight line. It will go up and down and we have to be okay with it because behind every username is a person trying their best.
And after seven days we are all tired. Exhausted even. Many of us havenโt had proper sleep. Some struggled to take proper care of themselves.
So it slowing down, in my opinion, is not a bad thing. Itโs only for a little bit before we reach a new high. Up and down, we go together.
But we must remember and protect each others mental health - I wouldnโt want any of us to reach a breaking point. That is when we really lose momentum. That is when things start going downhill.
So please, letโs love and support each other - even if the support is letting someone go offline for a few hours- without any guilt or pressure or shame that they arenโt doing everything they can.
We all are doing our best. But it has been seven days, letโs show each other some grace and let it slow down for a moment - it doesnโt mean impending doom, it means we care enough to take care of ourselves so we could keep going however long it takes.
And if you are struggling please reach out to someone and go offline guilt free - you matter just as much as our cause โค๏ธ
