From 0 to 3,000 followers in 14 days. No bots. No paid growth. No fake engagement. I started this account on March 3rd with exactly zero followers. For two full weeks, I gave it everything — posting from the heart, replying thoughtfully to every comment, and personally interacting with every single person who followed me. I followed them all back. I actually read their messages. I liked, replied, and made sure each one felt truly seen. (Which you know) Today we hit 3,000. This milestone feels incredibly meaningful because it was built 100% authentically. Thank you to every single one of you. I promise to keep creating better work and connecting with the same genuine energy. One thing I find beautiful: Every interaction creates a real neurological bridge. Signals flow from my brain → through my fingers → across the internet → straight into your mind. In that moment, our nervous systems literally connect. This is more than followers. This is human connection. Deeply grateful for this journey. If you’re also growing the authentic way, drop a comment below — let’s connect! This is the way.🥕

Today I met up with my cousin — the closest thing I have to a sibling, since I grew up without brothers or sisters. We ended up talking for hours, drifting from human relationships and self-improvement into the murky waters of neuroscience. Neither of us is trained in the field, so our grasp remains surface-level, more intuitive than academic. He opened up about why we’d barely spoken in the past six months. He’d entered another relationship, one that recently ended, and the breakup triggered a noticeable shift in his psychology. From university until now he’s only had two serious relationships. The first one left him grieving for three full years before he could even begin to move forward. This time? The pain lasted barely two weeks. Something clicked. He finally internalized a truth he’d heard before but never truly felt: Self-evolution and the sheer experience of living outweigh everything else. He described his current rhythm: studying new languages every day, training consistently, deliberately putting himself in rooms with new people. He admitted he still feels average — not particularly striking in appearance, not wealthy — but he’s no longer letting that stop him. I reminded him of the advice I gave him three years ago: go out and meet people. Make contact with a thousand. Even if only 1% respond positively, that’s still ten meaningful new connections. Back then the words bounced off him. He couldn’t receive them. Today he lives them. That delay is what fascinates me most. It wasn’t a lack of intelligence or willpower. His nervous system simply wasn’t calibrated to accept the input. The beliefs, the emotional patterns, the threat-perception circuitry — all of it had to be stress-tested, beaten down, and slowly reorganized through lived experience. Only after those necessary collisions could the new perspective land and take root. In a matter of months he has become almost the inverse of the person he used to be. Watching him reminded me of my own arc. I spent years as a serial romantic, chasing novelty, intensity, variety. Then, almost without conscious decision, I settled into a committed, stable relationship. The shift didn’t come from lectures or books or sheer force of will. It arrived when the nervous system was finally ready — when the older patterns had been exhausted, when enough pain and contrast had accumulated to make stability feel like freedom rather than confinement. This is the quiet truth beneath most transformation: Your nervous system is the hardware on which every version of “you” runs. It determines what inputs feel safe, what ideas feel believable, what behaviors feel possible. Destiny, in the most concrete sense, is the set of constraints and affordances your current neural architecture permits. Want to expand what futures are available to you? The leverage point isn’t more motivation or better goals. It’s neuroplasticity itself. The first real step toward changing your trajectory is to increase the flexibility of the system that generates your perception, emotion, and action. Expose it to controlled stress. Feed it novel challenges. Let it fail, adapt, rewire. Over time the rigid grooves soften, old defaults lose their grip, and entirely new categories of experience become accessible. Respect the nervous system — not because it’s sacred, but because it’s sovereign. Fight it and you fight reality. Work with its laws and you gain access to a far wider range of possible selves. The people who seem to change overnight rarely do. Most of the time they’ve simply reached the point where the nervous system no longer defends the old identity so fiercely. The walls come down, light floods in, and what once felt impossible suddenly feels inevitable. That’s where my cousin is now. And, looking back, that’s exactly where I was a few years ago. The timeline is never under our complete control — but the direction of travel is. Keep providing high-quality inputs. Keep surviving the necessary discomfort.
