The toolkit of lies is back again but the facts remain unchanged 𝐈𝐬𝐡𝐚 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐬𝐮𝐢𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐍𝐎 $𝟏𝟎 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞. The current narrative being pushed is a classic attempt to spin a procedural side-note into a fake victory to cover up a massive real estate scam. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝: A certain group of individuals abused their volunteer privileges to orchestrate a 400-acre land grab. They used an LLC and hid their signatures to secretly move property away from the Foundation. The court then ruled in Isha’s favor regarding this real estate cheating. The judge recognized the fraud and ordered that the land be 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐘 𝐭𝐨 𝐈𝐬𝐡𝐚. Debunking the fake News: ❌ "Isha Lost": False. Isha won the primary suit regarding the property. ❌ "$10M Fine": Pure fiction. Isha hasn't been ordered to pay a single dime. ❌ "Case Over": Incorrect. The matter is currently at the appellate level, meaning the scammers are still very much on the hook. This is another coordinated effort to use "legal illiteracy" to target the foundation.
