young having the kick for goal is 10000% the right decision btw. he’s streaming into goal, 25 out, directly in front and the pass over the top isn’t even that obvious. now in saying all of that, he should absolutely be kicking the goal, inexcusable.

He peddled this “culture building” coach thing last night and did so again this morning. Was that not Voss? Did we not just live that failure? We lost under Voss because we played a stilted, one note, backwards thinking, frightened brand of football.

It’s frightening @GerardWhateley is so certain while being wrong. We need a highly competent, tactically astute coach. End of. We haven’t had one for as long as we’ve been starved of success. Fact. There’s a straight line between bad/mediocre coaching and a lack of success.
