@Soopapets hi! Just checking if these treats are still ok? It's the sweet potato. Packet is in date& vacuum sealed but when I opened it today the treats have white marks on them which look a bit odd. Can you confirm if this is normal or have they've gone bad? Thanks

@CPWTweets my phone is due an upgrade. When I was first called I explained nicely that I'm aware and I will sort. I was told my records would be updated (twice).Since then I must have been contacted 100 times from different numbers with daily calls. It's bordering on harassment

@CPWTweets Not in the last day which I have to say is unusual. I am getting multiple calls every day. Why so many calls?? And why haven't my notes been updated? Do you even do o2 contracts?

@PetsatHome visited your Merthyr Tydfil branch yesterday whilst on vacation. the staff took about 10 mins to find the yumove and yudigest. Now I'm home I see the yumove was out of date last month. Might be worth that store checking it's stock. I'm also down £21.

@PetsatHome I had emptied the tablets into an existing tub and then saw they were out of date so I threw them away. I have the packaging still. I salvaged a few of the tablets but they are covered in coffee grounds. Will a store still help me?

@HillsPetUKIE hi! Will your new active biome food (specifically z/d) have something on the packaging to say it's active biome? Just picked up a new bag of z/d and it looks same as old one. So want to check as I'm aware active biome has to be added gradually over a week.

@CobblerCare pretty disappointed! Asked for a blue dog tag but on collection got an all silver one with only half the info on it. The guy seemed so stressed I just paid but it's not even usable. £10.50 wasted. Will order one online, shame as I wanted to support the high street

@misstigs Hello Al, We are sorry to advise that there is a misprint in the user manual. We have been able to have the guide amended for future issues but some do advise the lower weight. The true weight is 136KG or 21 Stone 6lb. Apologies for the confusion caused, HSTV

@officialHSTV hi. Slim cycle on your website says max weight 21.6 stone but the manual now we've ordered it is max 15.7 stone. This is a huge difference. Which is correct as it means we can't use it if the manual is right and your website is wrong. Pics attached
